Amalun.com delivers products across Bangladesh through trusted logistics and courier partners.

2. Order Confirmation

Orders will be processed after successful confirmation and verification. Amalun.com reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

- Dhaka City: 1–3 Business Days

- Outside Dhaka: 2–7 Business Days

- Remote Areas: 3–10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, public holidays, and courier operations.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary based on:

- Product weight and dimensions

- Delivery location

- Seller-specific shipping settings

- Promotional offers and campaigns

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable phone number, the order may be canceled or returned to the seller.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

- Providing accurate delivery information

- Being available to receive the package

- Inspecting the package upon delivery

- Reporting any issues within 48 hours of receiving the order

7. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

Amalun.com shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If a package arrives damaged or with missing items, customers must notify Amalun.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence such as photographs.

9. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, Amalun.com may restrict future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or take other appropriate actions.
